I'm Angela, a self-taught, licensed nail artist from East Garfield Park in Chicago, IL. During my 12+ years of crafting nail art, I earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from CU Denver. In 2019, I returned to Chicago to embark on creating my corner of the universe. Never once recreating the same set, my focus on the nuance that everyday inspires is supported by my origins and interests. My techniques derive from what I learned while acquiring my degree, both inside and outside of academia, as well as spur-of-the-moment experimentation. I often get caught staring into the void, clarifying images of what clients explain.
